So, for all of your wanderings around the internet, you have come across this little blog, my corner of the world.

The idea to title this blog 'Velvet Boxes' spawned from a small lyric by the band Augustana. It is my terminology for the small tidbits of wonderment in my life. Here you'll find things that amuse me, random thoughts about random subjects, photos, etc. Through all of this, you'll get a feeling for who I am as a person and why. I have taken a liking to creating "quote graphics," so you'll find that plastered mostly here as well.
